This Spanish company, set up in 1993, is engaged in the manufacture, distribution and marketing of delicatessen of products for food wholesalers, hotels, restaurants, and catering providers. Its registered head office as well as its HACCP-certified manufacturing plant is located in Noain, in the province of Navarre. With its ISO 9001 and ISO 14000 certification, the company offers a range of products including T-bone steak, fresh and frozen beef steak, beef tenderloin, lamb chops, pork hams, pork sausages, deer meat, wild boar meat, and gourmet, foie gras, duck confit gizzards, whole and sliced duck ham, duck legs, duck thighs, partridge meat, pigeon meat, and pheasant meat. Additional production includes mushrooms, truffles, and shellfish.
