The company is engaged in the design, manufacture and installation of systems for industrial processes automation and solutions for the energy and environmental sector in Europe, the Americas, and internationally. It was established in the year 1975 and transacts business from its registered head office that is located in Noain (V Elorz)/Noain (Elortzibar), Spain. It was formerly known as M.Torres Disenos Industriales, S.A. The company offers aerospace industry machinery, including machine tools for manufacturing aerospace components, tooling systems, and jigs and assembly lines for machines, as well as milling systems, laser systems, composite material manufacturing, riveting machines, flexible tooling systems, jigs and assembly lines, and automatic positioning systems; paper converting machinery, such as splicers, roll stands, and paper roll transport systems for corrugated, sheet cutters, printing, laminators, liquid packaging, tissue, plasterboard, and others paper converting industries; and multi-pole wind turbines for the wind energy industry. It also undertakes various engineering projects ranging from installation design and management for industrial plants, equipment and transportation trucks, capital goods or travelifts, boats, civil and naval engineering projects, and industrial engineering projects.
