Activities of holding companies

The company operates as the management holding company of the MTorres Group. It was established in February of 2002 and has its registered office in Noáin (Valle de Elorz) - Noain (Elortzibar), Navarre, Spain. It provides investment management services and develops real estate and industrial properties for the MTorres Group, which comprises companies dedicated to the design, development and manufacture of systems for industrial processes. The company's subsidiaries include M. Torres Diseños Industriales, S.A. As an industrial group, M. Torres Diseños Industriales has extensive know-how in advanced technologies capable to develop unique solutions for high complexity industrial automation processes. It aims to develop specific solutions in order to establish a long term relation with its clients based on the confidence. Its customer base comprises more than 650 companies from around the world. These include Smurfit-Stone, LINPAC, Bielomatik, Boeing, EADS, Airbus, Embraer, Northrop Grumman, Tetra Pak, BAE Systems, Fokker, Alenia, SCA, Placo, and Vought Aircraft Industries.
